VID Role in view of torque improvement per engine rpm and load
change |

This test was performed to check torque change under the simulated driving
condition at the road as actual harsh environment as dynamically changing
as a whole.
Two variables as load and rpm are quantitatively used to test the effect
of VID as efficiency improvement . In order to
fulfill this simulation¡¯s purpose to reproduce the restlessly variable situation
which is harshly changing on road or off load, we used the engine dynamometer
under variable conditions.

Figure (I) shows the graph that VID played a role of increasing engine¡¯s
performance which can be applicable universally. Through this graph, we
can say that VID¡¯s chemical or physical preparation of the resonance platform
changed engine¡¯s efficiency so much clearly.
In this test, engine performance was improved through the whole test conditions
of rpm change and load change simultaneously.
