VID Harmony for Engine |
|
|
|
Just because of this homogenous energy propagation among the air-fuel
mixture by the natural resonance at the preparation step of burning, the
air-fuel mixture volume can be evenly and sufficiently expanded to apply
the balanced and concentrated pressure on piston as maximizing the volumetric
pressing effect when applied.
In addition, the chance of generating problematic flame like irregular
or disorderly or mechanical shock-causing flame is also dramatically reduced
in advance.
Accordingly, the air-fuel mixture¡¯s volume efficiency is becoming higher
and at the same time, the improved expansion pressure on piston act synergic
effect to generate the higher engine performance under the same air and
same fuel intake.
Figure (D-1),(D-2),(D-3),(D-4) is showing the actual pressure change
test result of the measurement by putting the pressure prove into the
combustion chamber without single modification of base engine itself.

Here, we form a hypothesis again that from the test results, promoting
the resonance circumstance favorable to combustion can improve the combustion
efficiency in general for any type of internal combustion engine where air
and fuel is put together for burning.

Test Result Measurement of Output
Pressure Change |
|
The higher the intake pressure, the more output pressure is naturally
generated.
With Resonance Effect, the maximum output pressure became higher at peak.
However, at full load condition, this resonance inside chamber did not bring
the extra pressure. In other words, VID did NOT add any extra pressure for
protecting engine unlikely the conventional mechanical Turbo system.
